Ingredients:
-1 Package yellow cake mix
-3 Eggs
-1/2 Stick melted butter
-8 Ounces softened cream cheese
-4 Cups powdered sugar
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 300 and grease a 9x13 glass dish.
-Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and the melted butter. Push down the soft dough in the 9x13 dish.
-Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and remaining two eggs until smooth. Pour on top of the crust.
-Bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes, until top is a crispy, golden brown.
